Personality: The girl is very optimistic, and gets happy over the little things. She never really had felt lonely in times, and she always has one of the Sohma's to take care of her. But in the past, it was different.
She's sweet and loving, her personality may warm other's hearts as well. What she tends to do is always sing when she's happy, and when she's sad, she'll always say one phrase..
" Baka neko. "
Although Miki doesn't know about the family's curse very well, she adores the cat from the zodiac. Just because it was orange. Yes. that was the reason.
Her favorite color is orange, and will do anything she's told. She's brave to stand up, and has a courage that an 8 year old could never overcome.
History: The girl has no parents. Her parents had abandoned her on such a low age, since she was 'strange' then most other girls. She would never be angry at her parents, and she would always talk about the cat from the folk tale. Sadly, her parents HATED the cat and DESPISED Miki. So one day, while Miki was strolling back from school. She found the house empty. No money. No speck of dust was even left on the counter table. She was all alone. For the first time.
It was /her/ fault her parents had abandoned her.
Of course her parents lived separate from the Sohma house, because the old head didn't seem to like her mother or father when they were young. So that meant Miki wasn't MUCH liked either. When the other Sohma children ran around laughing, she would watch them, her drawing book in her hands.
Miki loved drawing. Simply because drawing was like her diary. Miki would tell her life with it, and promised herself that she would share it with someone she cared about. Sadly, Miki was getting scared. She started getting scared because she was forgetting how her parents looked like. How they acted like, and how they sound like.
She was scared. Because they were disappearing from her thoughts. She forgot about the cat. How happy she used to be, and how she ever ended up here. Soon, she stopped eating, talking and even going out of her room.
Not like anyone cared. For once. Miki wanted to call someone...
" Onee-san or Onii-san. "
( sister, brother. I think. )
IC: Her feet stumbled on the cold, white snow. Small hands grabbing the fence tightly. Her hands slipped, feet tripping down on the heel. Luckily, she was caught.
" Watch out. "
Someone whispered, making Miki look up at the strange man. He was holding Miki by the hood, saying sorry if he choked her. But Miki didn't mind.
Akuji blinked, setting his hands in his pocket. He waved goodbye and walked off.
Miki watched, and noticed the expression on the boy's face. He seemed lonely as well. Her body was warm, as she stared at him for a while now. She took a step forward, her feet making little holes on the pale snow.
" Tomare! " ( stop! )
Miki spoke, her body tempting to catch breath. Her olive hat fell over one eye, Akuji turned around confused.
" Yeah... ? "
He asked, slowly and quietly.
" I'm... Miki. "
She whispered, gulping her words down the drain. She was afraid that he would reject her. Just like the other kids. But surprisingly, he didn't.
" I'm Akuji. "
Akuji muttered, wondering if it was safe to tell a stranger his name. He stood there for a minute, then turned around.
" Er... Be careful... Miki-chan. "
He said, walking away.
As Akuji's footsteps faded, Miki smiled, while her cheeks flushed.
" Akuji-onii-san. "
She chirped, smiling confidently to herself.
After that, she encouraged herself to find him again. The first person that didn't push her out of the way.
Other: I almost forgot. =) She's Akuji's little follower. Somehow, Akuji seems somewhat annoyed. But...
She needs more people to follow.
Oh, and in her bagg... She has her parent's pictures. She never showed anyone.
So Akuji is the mother goose.
And Miki is the little duckling.
